Valentine’s Day Heart Art

Looking for a quick and easy art project for your preschooler this Valentine’s Day? Look no further! We’ve got all the details on how to make this beautiful and colorful Valentine’s Day heart art. Just keep reading!

You will need:

• White paper or cardstock

• Paper heart doilies

• Painter’s tape

• Dot markers (we love these!)

Instructions:

1. Make a small loop of painter’s tape and stick your heart doily to the white paper.

2. Use the dot markers to create dots all around the edge of the heart.

3. This works best if you are gentle with the dot markers and don’t press too hard. If you press hard, the ink will splatter and bleed and the pattern doesn’t come through as well.

4. When you’re done, gently peel off the heart doily and tape. Ta da! You have beautiful and colorful Valentine’s day art to hang on your fridge!
